Issuing Stock from Store can be processed in 3 different methods.
1. INVOICE a CUSTOMER
a) Under Customer column select INVOICE
b) Select the customer and enter all relevant data
c) Click on INVOICE BODY tab
d) select Stock items and enter all relevant data
e) Once done click on GREEN ARROW to accept/update –
this will increase your Customer Account Balance and decrease your Stock on hand
2. RETURN GOODS TO A SUPPLIER – a reversal of RECEIVE GOODS
a) Under Suppliers select RETURN GOODS
b) select the SUPPLIER and enter all relevant data
c) click on the GOODS RETURNED tab
d) select your Stock Item and enter all relevant data
e) click on the GREEN ARROW to accept
3. ISSUE from stock under the STOCK column
a) Here you have the option to do:
Inter Branch Transfer
Issue to a Job
Issue to Supplier – same as RETURN GOODS but we do not update the Supplier Account Balance
b) Depending on what type of issue you select the system will ask you for :
the receiving branch or
the Jobcard number or
the supplier
c) enter the Reference number and press enter and a grid line will open
d) enter all relevant data and click the GREEN ARROW to accept/update – remember this does not update ACCOUNTS
